Covenant’s employee family is always with our drivers for support, no matter where they are. The Benevolence Fund is a voluntary program designed to provide financial support to participants in the case of a medical emergency, loss of a home due to a catastrophe, or death of a Fund participant.
Participation and contribution to the fund is easier and cheaper than most people expect. All Covenant associates (except Independent Contractors) can participate by contributing $1 per week through payroll deduction. Associates involved with the Fund are eligible to benefit from it two times per calendar year. Signing up for the program is easy and takes only minutes to complete, but the benefits from the Fund are endless.
The fund provides drivers and their families a financial fall-back, in case of unexpected emergencies. While nobody hopes to have to use the Benevolence Fund, it is an inexpensive way to provide family with peace of mind in case of disaster.
