Covenant Awards Programs Champions of Safety Each driver completing 12 months of accident-free driving is inducted into Covenant’s Champions of Safety, a progressive performance club which increases rewards as a driver increases their achievements on the road. Rewards range from safety jackets to watches.   Million Milers Million Milers are routinely recognized at Covenant for their safe service to the company.   Spirit of Covenant Spirit of Covenant certificates are given to outstanding Covenant drivers and in-house personnel who exemplify the good character and strong work ethic that are the backbone of our company. Driver Competitions   Recent competitors and winners at local, state, and national driver competitions included many Covenant drivers.  Covenant drivers placed among the best of the best in their divisions in Arkansas, Tennessee, Texas, California and Arkansas.   Julio Santiago won first place in the Sleeper Berth Division in Arkansas and went on to complete in the National Truck Driving Championships in New Orleans, Louisiana.
