At Covenant, our number one priority is keeping our drivers happy. But as with every company, there is always room for improvement. Just as the industry changes, so do the needs of drivers. Responding to those changes is of great importance to us.
Our Executive Council is the formal representative group for our drivers. While every driver is welcome to talk to anyone on our staff at any time, the role of the Executive Council is to meet regularly with each other and with Covenant management quarterly to suggest and discuss improvement opportunities for Covenant and all it's drivers.
Many of our drivers' ideas and suggestions have become the source of meaningful improvements and positive changes.
We encourage all of our drivers to try and become a member of the Executive Council, which is comprised of a diverse cross-section of our drivers. Our goal is to have honest discussions about the challenges facing our drivers, our company, and our industry.
As a company, we are committed to being ahead of the curve when new opportunities present themselves, and no other forum provides Covenant with greater feedback than the Executive Council.
