DETAILS AND INFORMATION:  CDL SCHOOL GRADUATES   Covenant is the best place for school graduates to start their careers. Our program gets you out on the road quickly, safely, and profitably.   We offer tuition reimbursement for graduates of accredited driving schools upon application and acceptance of a job offer to drive for Covenant Transport.    Covenant has multiple locations around the country from which you can choose to attend your orientation class.  We offer 3 free meals a day, free hotel accomodations, and transportation to orientation for recent graduates.  Once you complete our 3 day orientation program, you start earning money while you train. Covenant offers an excellent training program upon completion of our Orientation classes where you are paired with a certified experienced trainer with the goal of honing your driving skills and safety training on live loads.  Below are details about our Recent Graduate program. For more information, please call one of our recruiters or apply online.   GRADUATE PAY: Phase 1 Training: $.14 per mile for every mile (35 days with a trainer, 40 days as a team)   Phase 2 Training (6 months): - $.17 per mile for every mile (first 3 months as team) - $.18 per mile for every mile (next 3 months as team) After your initial training, you will earn pay for the division that you are driving for, based on your experience level. Each division pay is outlined on the website. Please select the specific division to see what the pay scales are. SIGN-ON BONUS: $2,500 paid at the end of 6 month required team period TUITION REIMBURSEMENT: $125 paid monthly, up to $6,000 (must be continually employed (driving truck) to qualify) HOME TIME: 1 day for every 7 days out; minimum dispatch 14 days. FREIGHT TYPE: Mostly drop & hook, no touch.
