INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR PAY:
FLAT RATE:
- $.91 per mile on all non-Hazmat trucks
- $1.00 per mile on all miles on Hazmat certified trucks
FUEL SURCHARGE:
- 100% reimbursement of fuel surcharge billed the previous month
- $.90 reimbursement of fuel surcharge billed the previous month (Dedicated)
SIGN-ON BONUS:
- $5,000 per team truck (unless Hazmat pay package chosen)
- $200 per solo truck
SAFETY BONUS:
Up to $.01 on all paid miles (must meet requirements)
